As we quickly approach the end of summer, I’m thrilled to share some updates and events with you. First, I’m excited to share my new commercial that showcases the work I’m doing together to strengthen our community.
For example, please mark your calendars for August 20th, as I’ll be hosting a Senior Fair in Roselle. The fair is an excellent opportunity for our older residents to access vital resources put in place to serve the Senior Community. We’re also in the middle of my 2nd Annual Back to School Supply Drive. Our mission is to be sure every student starts the school year prepared.
Lastly, my office is rolling out Personalized Professional Licensure Assistance to those navigating state approval to work in their chosen profession.

Rep. Sanalitro’s Senior Fair – August 20th in Roselle
ROSELLE, IL – State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro (R-Hanover Park) and State Senator Seth Lewis (R-Bartlett) invite all seniors to join them for the 2024 Senior Expo. This exciting event will be held on Tuesday, August 20th, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Clauss Rec Center, located at the Roselle Park District, 555 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue, Roselle, IL.
The Senior Expo will provide a variety of services and information tailored specifically for seniors, including:
- Photo I.D.’s (Registration Required)*
- Rules of the Road Class – 9:30 a.m. (Registration Required)*
- Master Gardener Help Desk
- Assisted Living Information
- Collecting Flags
- Nutrition Tips
- Preventing Scams

Rep. Sanalitro’s 2nd Annual Back-to-School Supply Drive is Underway
DUPAGE COUNTY – State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro’s (R-Hanover Park) 2nd Annual Back-to-School Supply Drive is running from August 5th through August 16th. The effort to collect donations of backpacks, pens, pencils, crayons, glue, tape, notebooks, among other school supplies is being undertaken to support local families and students in need.
Donations can be dropped of to Rep. Sanalitro’s District Office located at 962 W. Army Trail Rd. in Carol Stream Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm. Requested donations include but are not limited to the following: Backpacks, Pens, Pencils, Crayons, Colored Pencils, Glue, Tape, Notebooks, Scissors, Folders, Binders, Hand Sanitizer, Tissues, etc.

National Night Out With Rep. Sanalitro!
ITASCA & WOOD DALE, IL – State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro (R-Hanover Park) attended National Night Out events in both Wood Dale and Itasca.
“National Night Out is a great way for the community to interact with their local police departments and community,” said Sanalitro. “The relationships built at events like these go along way in improving the safety of residents, while improving understanding and building respect.”

Rep. Sanalitro Offers Personalized Professional Licensure Assistance
ILLINOIS – The Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR) is reminding individuals with certain professional licenses currently up for renewal to start the renewal process before their license expires.
Several professions, such as accountants, physical therapists, psychologists and others have licenses that will expire on September 30, 2024.
