CAROL STREAM, IL – Representative Jennifer Sanalitro is pleased to announce Frank Parisi as the winner of her Constituent of the Month program for January 2024. A longtime resident of Carol Stream, Frank Parisi is recognized for his unwavering commitment and contributions to Carol Stream and surrounding community.
Frank’s dedication to Carol Stream has a long history and has earned him respect among his peers and neighbors. He played a pivotal role in founding the Carol Stream Parks Foundation, an initiative that bolsters financial support for the Carol Stream Park District. Most notably, the Foundation’s annual contributions to the Youth Scholarship Fund have opened doors for residents who might otherwise face financial barriers.
Another one of Frank’s most notable achievements includes the establishment of the Veteran’s Memorial at the Town Center. The tribute serves as a heartfelt acknowledgment of the sacrifices made by our nation’s veterans. Finally, Frank’s expertise is consistently sought by local government bodies as he bring invaluable insights on community development and planning.
