PAUSE THE GAS TAX HIKE | Stop the automatic gas tax increase scheduled for July 1st and provide immediate relief at the pump.
RESTORE LOCAL FUNDING | Return LGDF funding to local communities to help reduce pressure on local taxpayers and support essential services.
DELIVER PROPERTY TAX RELIEF | Support meaningful property tax reforms for hardworking families and seniors facing the highest property taxes in the nation.
Rep. Sanalitro is also backing HB 9 and HB 1906 because they address one of the biggest drivers of high property taxes: excessive school district spending.
Illinois families are struggling with rising costs on groceries, gas, utilities, and housing. Rep. Sanalitro believes lawmakers should focus on affordability and responsible budgeting before session ends.
