Rep. Sanalitro Recognizes National Adoption Month

ILLINOIS – State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro (R-Hanover Park) proudly joins communities across Illinois and the nation in recognizing November as National Adoption Month. As a member of the Illinois House of Representative’s Adoption and Child Welfare Committee, Rep. Sanalitro has taken on the importance of adoption and child welfare issues.

“Adoption changes lives, not just for the children who find permanent, loving families, but for the families who are enhanced by welcoming these children into their homes,” said Rep. Sanalitro. “Since joining the legislature and serving on the Adoption and Child Welfare Committee, I’ve gained an even deeper understanding of the challenges facing adoptive families and the incredible opportunities we have to support them.”

Representative Sanalitro is committed to advancing legislation that makes the adoption process more accessible and ensures every child has the chance to grow up in a safe, nurturing environment.

During National Adoption Month, Rep. Sanalitro encourages Illinoisans to learn more about adoption and consider how they can support children in need of permanent homes.
