I spent the morning with the DuPage County Board and DuPage County Health Department to break ground on their new Crisis Recovery Center. The facility is set to be the new centerpiece of mental health and substance misuse and abuse treatment in DuPage County. This is another example of DuPage County bringing the gold standard of services to residents.
