There has been yet another Scott’s Law-related crash for the Illinois State Police this year, increasing the current total to nine.
Scott’s Law is our state’s “Move Over” law and requires drivers to SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER when approaching any vehicle with hazard or emergency lights activated.
