New data reveals a concerning trend for our small businesses. A recent report by Alignable shows a significant drop in earnings for 64% of Illinois small businesses in Q4 of 2023, compared to the same period in 2022. This places Illinois alongside Florida as having one of the toughest quarters, only surpassed by New York and Ohio.
