Had an incredible opportunity to speak with some firefighters from the district this week. We had a talk about the legislation I’ve supported this year to tackle the devastating impact of the fentanyl and opioid epidemic on our families.
Through measures like the Drug Education and Youth Overdose Prevention Act (SB2223) and supporting the availability of life-saving fentanyl test strips (HB 3203), we’re taking concrete steps to safeguard our community and equip our young people with the knowledge they need to stay safe.
