Springfield, IL – This week two bills sponsored by State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro (R – Bloomingdale) moved forward in the legislative process. One Sanalitro sponsored bill that protects consumers from deceptive marketing practices – HB2094 – passed unanimously out of the Consumer Protection Committee. Separately, a bill concerning at-home saliva cancer screening – HB3202 – was placed on the calendar for a 2nd reading in the Insurance Committee.
